Our minimum long-term contract is 3 months. This allows time for the driver to learn your routines and for you to benefit from the cost savings of extended hire. Shorter needs can be served by our monthly driver hire option.

Can I choose my driver?

Yes! We present 2-3 vetted candidates based on your requirements. You interview and select the driver you are most comfortable with. We match drivers based on experience, language skills, and personality fit.

What happens if I need to end the contract early?

We require 30 days notice for contract termination. Early termination fees may apply depending on the contract terms and remaining period. We try to be flexible for legitimate circumstances.

Do you provide a vehicle with the driver?

Our long-term packages are for driver only. However, we can arrange a long-term vehicle lease separately, or the driver can use your vehicle. Many clients use their personal car with our driver.

How do you handle driver performance issues?

We conduct quarterly reviews and address issues promptly. If a driver does not meet expectations, we provide a replacement within 48 hours at no extra cost. Client feedback is crucial to maintaining service quality.

What are the overtime rates?

Standard hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. Overtime is charged at 1.5x hourly rate. Weekend and public holiday rates are 2x. We can discuss fixed packages for clients needing extended coverage.
